Voice from the Sky

I've never been a person who really into the vocal music. Last weekend, I got a chance to see the performance of Josep Carreras. His voice is just like the voice from the sky. It's really one of the most beautiful tenor voices of the day. How to describe his voice? The Spanish critic, Fernando Fraga has described it as a lyric tenor with the generosity of a spinto, having "a noble timbre, richly coloured and sumptuously resonant". This is particularly true of the middle range of his voice. How lucky I have this opportunity. It really touch my heart!
