Da Vinci Code

I was looking forward to see this movie for a long time. Yesterday, I watched it, but felt disappointed…maybe its because I read the novel first…maybe because of the big case…Tom Hanks, Audery Tautou, Ian McKellen, Paul Bettany and Jean Reno are my favor actor and actress. First of all, in this movie, Tom Hanks really had a bad bad hair…he didn’t look like the main character, Robert Langdon, a charming and handsome gentleman. I just couldn’t believe this was him…my favor favor actor. From “The Man with One Red Shoe” to “The Polar Express,” I like all his films. This time…orz…maybe I should think another way… the screenwriter tended to switch the relation between Robert Langdon and Sophie Neveu into a father and a daughter…orz especially, when I saw the scene that Robert explained the different annotation of religious belief to Sophie at the last moment, which I thought its for Catholic, it’s just like a scene that showing an old father taught her daughter.
And my little “Amélie”…she is such a beautiful doll…that’s it…
Should I blame that I read the novel first, or blame the director or the make-up maker? Although I had negative comments with this movie, some friends of mine still had positive ideas. They thought this film is exciting with narrative rhythm, and clear with the details. (But I felt it’s too much about the details.)However, we still agreed “Da Vinci Code” is a film that worth you for going the theater and buying tickets.
